Perth has a new burger!  Presented in a pop-up restaurant at The Mantle, the Short Order Burger Co. delivers delicious burgers nestled in fluffy, brioche-style buns.  
 The buns are so freakin’ good that the owner keeps it a secret where he has them made (probably baked in a cloud kingdom by unicorns and care-bears).  The beef patty was perfectly cooked and the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger had a well-balanced blend of sweet BBQ sauce, salty bacon and cheddar cheese.  I wont carry on about it.  Get in there and eat one.
