You know when you have a hankering for a burger and for ribs?  Well The Royale served up at Umami Santa Monica, can solve that conundrum for you.  It’s actually kinda genius.

The cheese is a house-made truffle infused type and there’s a roasted garlic aioli to ensure your date leans back when you lean in.  The burger looks great.  The burger tastes great.  Go enjoy one.
