Chef Sang Yoon focusses his restaurant ‘Father’s Office‘ on pairing craft beer and burgers.  The burger is relatively simple and supremely well balanced, though teetering on the rich side.  Don’t think about asking for substitutions (as refusal may offend – according to the menu), but you really shouldn’t need to change a thing. Being told by an experienced chef how food should be, isn’t necessarily a bad thing.  Get in there.
